2. ASISTEN BIBITAN

c. Memahami dengan baik teknis pembibitan kelapa sawit.
3. ASISTEN DIVISI/LAND CLEARING
Kualifikasi :
a. Minimal pendidikan D3
b. Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun.
c. Memahami pedoman teknis perkebunan kelapa sawit.
d. Pernah menangani ganti rugi lahan dan land clearing akan menjadi nilai tambah.
4. ASISTEN TOPOGRAFI DAN PENGUKURAN LAHAN
Kualifikasi :
a. Pengalaman sebagai surveyor di perkebunan kelapa sawit.
b. Mengerti dengan baik program Mapinfo, Archview, Autocad
c. Mampu membuat peta detail perkebunan.

Human Resource/Admin Officer – Open ended

You will be managing the HR/Admin function in the Kupang office and support the development of staff within the projects. As a part of Area Programme team, you will also work alongside the Area Programme Manager/recruiting managers to recruit staff for the programme and on team training plans in line with Oxfam’s learning and Development Plan. This will include managing the implementation and coordination of HR systems and procedures, such as contract management, leave management, personal records, preparation of payroll, Health and Safety, and Leavers management. You will also have to ensure HR functions and processes in the programme are following the Oxfam and Indonesian Labour Regulation, including casework with assistance from Country HR team.

As an experienced Human Resource/Admin Officer, you’ll have a strong interpersonal awareness including excellent facilitation skills and able to get on well with others. Having diplomacy, tact, and respect for confidentiality is a must. You will also need to have an ability to understand the principles of employment practice and law and knowledge of HR administrative procedures and systems. This will include ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa with a high-level of computer literacy.  Good time management skills, planning skills, and follow-up are important.

Project Officer (1 Person)

Project Officer (PO) will work under the direct supervision of Project Manager of SGF Project and will be responsible for effective implementation of the project. The PO will work with leader and staff of selected CSOs, Local Government/stakehol ders, communities, and other CSOs.  PO will also facilitate and assist communities through selected CSOs.

Qualification & Experience:
University Degree in Law, Political Sciences and Social Sciences would be preferable.  Minimum 2-5 years experience in legal/justice program community development and 1-2 years experience in NGO (desirable).  Preferable he/she has work experiences with the vulnerable and marginalized groups which will include rural poor, women, youth, tsunami and conflict victims, the elderly, people with disabilities and ethnic minorities.

Skills/Knowledge/ Ability:
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel and other programs, Able to work independently and under supervision and tight deadline, Good in spoken and written English, Ability to speak Acehnese is an asset, Ability to work  under own initiative.

Monitoring & EvaluationOfficer (1 person)

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer will work under the direct supervision of Project Manager of SGF Project and work to assist and support the Project Manager to ensure effective and efficient monitoring and evaluation to program implemented by the selected CSOs.

Qualification & Experience:
University Degree in any fields.  Minimum 2-5 years experience in monitoring and evaluation field.  He/she must have strong research, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Must be able to collate and present information and write a draft reports.

Skills/Knowledge/ Ability:
Good interpersonal and communication skills, Good IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel and other programs, Able to work independently and under supervision and tight deadline, Good in spoken and written English. Ability to speak Acehnese is an asset, Ability to work under own initiative.

Admin Assistant (1 person)

Admin Assistant will work to assist and support the Project Manager to deliver effective and efficient administration services to implement of the project.  Admin Assistant will support general administration related with paper work and ensure all papers well documented.

Qualification & Experience:
University Degree or diploma in Business or Public Administration, Economics would be desirable. Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative job.

Skills/Knowledge/ Ability:
Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in Word, Excel and other programs, Able to work independently and under supervision and tight deadline, Ability to work  under own initiative, Moderate in spoken and written English.

Program/Department Summary – Healthy Start Program
Mercy Corps’ Child Survival – Healthy Start Program aims to create sustainable and scalable models of quality breastfeeding supports in health facility, community, wokplace and policy setting. The program works to:
1.      Improved knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices regarding early initiation and exclusive breastfeeding among public and private healthcare providers.

Improved knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices regarding early initiation and exclusive breastfeeding in the communities of the North Jakarta district of Indonesia.
Creation, adoption and enforcement of policies regulating practices of healthcare facilities and providers, and marketing practices of companies producing breast milk substitutes and related baby products to ensure an enabling environment for early initiation and exclusive breastfeeding.

The program’s activities include training health care providers to become breast feeding counselors and training motivators who then start Mother Support Groups (MSGs) in their neighbourhoods. It is crucial that the quality of the counseling given by trained counselors and the support given at MSGs is assessed and research is conducted into how these services can be improved.

It is one of the aims of the Healthy Start project that it will be replicated across Indonesia. Evidence that demonstrates the effectiveness of breastfeeding support models developed in Healthy Start Program will be crucial in advocating for its inclusion in breastfeeding promotion programs across Indonesia. For this reason, intensive and quality monitoring, evaluation and research activities are crucial in Healthy Start Program.

1. Research Assistant
The research assistant will:
1.      Assist Healthy Start M&E Coordinator to develop questioners/ interview guides for Healthy Start quantitative and qualitative studies.
2.      Conduct interviews and facilitate focus group discussions in Healthy Start qualitative studies.
3.      Compile the data collected from qualitative studies and summarize the themes that emerge.
4.      Supervise data collection and entry in Healthy Start quantitative studies to ensure data quality and accuracy.
5.      Coordinate with Healthy Start Project Coordinators/ Officer/District Facilitators to ensure for the implementation of Healthy Start studies.
6.      Coordinate with Healthy Start Administration Coordinator/ Assistant to organize logistics for the implementation of Healthy Start studies/evaluation.
7.      Assist the Healthy Start team with their routine data entry tasks, ensuring the database is updated in a timely fashion
8.      Involve and coordinate data entry in Healthy Start assessment on the implementation of ‘Ten Steps to Successful Breastfeeding’ in health facilities.
9.      Assist Breastfeeding Counselors and Motivators in documenting their activities.
10.  Assist Healthy Start M&E Coordinator in other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Must have experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
Must have experience organizing and supervising survey data collection
Must demonstrate an ability to communicate and build relationships with people from a variety of backgrounds
Experience using Excel, Access and EpiInfo highly desirable
